Comic: The taxman always collects

Comic Sam (a man in traditional Malay attire and wearing glasses) sits in front of his laptop. Behind him, Steve the Tax Reaper (a grim reaper in a black hooded cloak, obscuring his face, holding a scythe) comes to collect taxes. He says 'TAAAXXesssssss'
Comic Sam says' Uhh, ok, how much do I owe the tax department. Steve the Tax Reaper responds: 'You Tell Me'.
Comic Sam gets upset and says ' So, I do ALL the work and you reap the benefit? How about this? I owe NOTHING. Zero Tax. What are you going to do about it?
In a different setting, we see Comic Sam in shackles, chained to a wall. On his right is another prisoner chained to the wall in shackles. The other prisoner has torn clothes, overgrown facial hair and bad teeth. He says" ... I Thought that overdue tax was interest free... What about you?" while Comic Sam looks at the floor glumly
