First up we have:
Ryan Gondipon
Ryan is an up-and-coming entrepreneur who graduated from Waikato university. Having set up a small business during covid 19, he is able to empathize with the gripes of small and medium business owners, especially ones which are struggling in the social media department. Because of this, He sees value in simplicity and efficiency.
He strives to understand the strengths and weaknesses of a business to create a plan that is suitable for that adapts to the circumstances of the business. He focuses on consistency in performance and realistic milestones over “catching lightning in a bottle”
Ryan joins us as our marketing strategist – you would have noticed that many of our posts on our facebook page are published by him. He also works on our website and communication strategies. If you’ve read any of our blog articles lately, it probably started off as an idea on Ryan’s notepad!
Yiv ‘Harry’ Lyhok
Harry is a currently a second-year student at Tauranga Waikato University Management School, majoring in Finance and minor in Strategic Management. He is an outgoing, transparent and hard-working dude.
He’s a physically active, social, and competitive guy. In his free time, he likes hanging out with friends and family.
Harry joins us as our bookkeeper. This means that he looks after reconciling accounts over at our corporate arm, SH Advisory. He’s got a good head for accounting and we’re looking at training him up to maybe start his own accounting firm one day! If you are a client of SH Advisory, you’re going to hear a lot more from him soon!
